Personal Update March 2026

What I'm currently working on for the month of March. Updates and expected output.
Well the past month has been interesting, jumping from project to project. ChatGPT keeps telling me I need to focus on 1 thing at a time and while I agree that's probably helpful information for an entrepreneur. I'm an AUDHD with no direction in life and way too many psychedelics formed in my system over the past 30 years to ever be normal. I just can't do it, I get bored, my brain looks for other things to focus on consistently because it's stuck in survival mode. It's been that way since Covid.
Prior to Covid I hadn't touched psychedelics for about 25 years. Then I felt I had to treat my depression which I have been suffering with since I was a teenager. So I started microdosing mushrooms, and after about a month my wife and I noticed significant improvements, I actually had kept it secret until she noticed which is when I dropped the bombshell.
Anyway, don't want to get too personal so I will leave it at that.
The many systems all working at once.
So I currently have:
- ☑️ Backtesting / Walkforward testing crypto/stocks application (python/node) automated via codex (completed)
- ✖️ Trading View "Far_Q Trading Bot" script which allows automatic trading written in pine (not complete)
- ✖️ Systems, Social media, Discord, Youtube videos for marketing both bots and enabling susbscription based service
- ✖️ "MantleDesk" - A local model agency with cloud connectors if wanted. Overseer, developer, designer, email admin, social media marketer, etc. All in one Agency running locally for the one man show or small businesses
- ☑️ This website, which was going to be automated blog posts, however the article quality was terrible. So I opted for a short output bullet point list which I can then write my post on. Essentially I run pnpm drafts:news and get a bunch of stuff which is semi-usable. drafts:coding or whatever also works. But I tend not to use it much
- ✖️ Working Children's cartoon video creation, this will have to be automated when I get spare $$$ As local video production on a GTX 4070 really doesn't work well. If I can afford a couple GTX 5090's in the future I may look at revisiting.
- ✖️ Same issue with "insta model influencer", I may pay for cloud at a later date. But I'm thinking this is getting flooded with real and already fake AI's
- ✖️ "Door 13" - Locksmithing application with cheap subscription. I created this years ago in C++ then C# but windows forms and other GUI implementations drove me insane. The core logic is there tho, I just need to rewrite in Node and convert to a Electron application which will run on, Windows, Mac and Linux
- ☑️ "G-Scraper" - just a little scraping engine for SEO. I built it because I didn't want to pay for one. I should probably throw up a sales page and sell it cheap now that I think of it... great... another task to add to the list
- ✖️ G-Scaper Sales page and marketing, ad campaign and whatever... lord
So just a few projects on the go, the AI brain has taken over and I'm trying to make something stick. Even thoughts about reviving "That SEO Guy" has surfaced multiple times. But I don't really like link building it's the one task that needs to be automated, but when it is always tanks websites. Especially local businesses, which is where my SEO business was targeted. Local SEO just needs citations on directory sites and 1 good link every 1-3 months. Like really good quality.
While writing posts for this website I did an article on WinUtils. I was playing around with it and noticed it didn't have an AI section, so I cloned the repo, updated the programs section and then requested a merge. Which was accepted! My first ever contribution to opensource code.
Ummm, OK I think that's it for now. Here's a picture of the scraper for shits and giggles. Oh and personal life shit is overwhelming as hell at the moment. Have to get a loan for doing up the house, paying off my wife's car, buying a new car and caravan so we can travel and find a new plonk spot. A piece of paradise somewhere.
